Reference Patterns in Analytics, Alerts, and Reference charts

The Pattern tool allows me to report common reoccuring behavior in the system.
I would like to call these patterns as a reference in analytics and alerts to identify and report anomalous events in data when flows exceed the typical pattern on a high demand day for example.

    This can be used in break detection as well as isolating sewer wet weather flow from dry weather flow.
