As a consultant providing services to multiple municipality clients on Info360, I want a dashboard to review selected metrics from each of my client sites for monitoring and QA purposes.
For example if I'm providing ILI dashboards to multiple clients, let me see all those values in a central spot to monitor for anomalies or bad data. An Alerting function might be helpful as well to spot when analytics yield bad data.
This was requested by AECOM and can be another great way to monetize on consultant involvement.
This would also be an excellent tool for our own Implementation Services team and support team, so it might be worth making even if we didn't sell it to consultants.
