Some hospitals for example have multiple service laterals connecting them to the network. If one line is cut off from service due to a repair, the hospital can still get water. As a result, criticality is overestimated when this logic is ignored.
Please allow service lateral tracing to be incorporated into criticality analysis, including cases where flow can be redirected from one service line to another.
