Customer Feedback: Exporting data out of the platform under the Reporting feature or data exports was a big concern, given that users could access the tool from a browser on any machine. The current proposed fix is to have the platform send a link to the user’s email to download the report. Most users don’t have access to their emails outside of their company network, so this provided some level of security to address this concern.
