Build risk model limited to asset attribute or spatial extents

First use case - Use spatial layer to determine boundary for risk model

Second use case - Choose an asset attribute value to determine which assets are in scope for the particular model.

My thoughts on this are that the selection of which assets to include in risk model and/or rehabilitation planning should be done via a number of ways in the application:
    Geographic / Map based Selection:
    1. Upstream trace on a connected network - this will be useful in defining the assets in a specific catchment / sewer-shed to be analysed
    2. Polygon definition too to select an area of interest area
    3. Multiple individual asset selection
    4. Assets inside a spatial polygon layer
    5. Assets inside a spatial polygon layer defined by specific attribute e.g. catchment ID
Data Grid - filter by common attributes
The proposed new data grid for assets will enable the selection of assets based on multiple attributes e.g. pipes older than 50 years, Vitrified Clay >= 12 inch, etc.,

The identified selected list of assets will then propagate through the application to be made available to the condition inspection and summary table; define the extent of the assets used for risk modelling and likewise for rehabilitation planning.
