This functionality is critical to our workflows. It takes too much time to click on all assets to identify asset id's. Manholes should label at a minimum.

Just having manholes labeled at this point would be huge. Helpful when reviewing why an inspection record is not matching and also for checking up/down manhole ids.

Basic INITIAL requirements for labelling assets on the map - please add your requirements to the comments:

    • for point assets place asset id to the right of the asset

    • for line assets place asset id above the asset in the centre

    • the orientation of the label for line asset should follow the same as for the line

    • for polygon assets - label should be placed at the centroid of the polygon

    • labels should be activated via the layers style editor

    • visible range on style editor - user set the zoom factor when labels should appear/disappear on the map

    • user determine text size on style editor

    • maintain text size at all zoom levels
