Support for InfoAsset Planner migrations -- CCTV inspections

With the I2S program, customers will be incentivized to move from IAP to Info360 asset. They might do this via an implementation or conduct the process themselves either way, the process is not simple and it requires the user to take several steps to migrate their model. A big blocker that prevents clients to conduct this process themselves is the CCTV import tool in Info360 Asset which requires the user to import a NASSCO compliant .mdb PACP Data Exchange database which IAP can not export. The temporary solution is to use InfoAsset Manager as an intermediate tool to export the standard database. This is a two step process that requires importing from IAP to IAM and exporting to IAM to INF360A. Most clients do not have IAM so this prevents them to use this workaround. We need a solution to this blocker before the I2S program begins in May 2023.

Martha - I sent you an iExchange script that will convert Planner CCTV inspections into PACP compliant Access databases. This will automate the whole process for you. There are some pre-requisites which can be found in the Word document I provided. All of this can be found here: https://myshare.autodesk.com/:f:/g/personal/anthony_andrews_autodesk_com/EkmP1C-vVpVHkbMh7-S8MecBhErv3Mz2qz2rRWrYjcyoUg?e=SCcLmr

This will help with the onboarding if Innovyze is involved. The conversion from Planner to I360A is after all a "one time only" exercise. As you say this is NOT a longer term solution. However, maybe during the year we will have the majority of Planner users in I360A and by using this method perhaps I360A will not require a specific importer for Planner CCTV inspections in a geodatabase. I hope this helps
